Investigators are trying to determine what caused a large fire at a heating oil business in Laurel.

Prince George's County fire officials say firefighters were called to the Laurel Fuel Oil and Heating Company on Main Street in Laurel on Wednesday evening.

They found a fire burning in the garage at the business that was housing three heating oil delivery trucks.

It took about 45 minutes and 75 firefighters to put the fire out. Firefighters and medics from Prince George's, Montgomery, Howard and Anne Arundel counties all responded to the scene.

Officials say one firefighter sustained a shoulder injury while battling the blaze. He was taken to a local hospital.

Early damage estimates put the fire loss at $750,000 for the building and its contents.
