BALTIMORE - The Maryland casinos generated more than $13 million in revenue in the month of May.
The Lottery announced today the numbers for the state's two casinos, Hollywood Casino Perryville and the Casino at Ocean Downs.
May's statewide revenue totaled $13,294,207.77, bringing the cumulative fiscal year total for both facilities to $90,444,071.79.
Hollywood Casino Perryville generated $9,606,439.47 in May bringing it's yearly total to $73,838,330.14 and the gross gaming revenue per machine per day was $206.59 for the month.
Ocean Downs Casino generated $3,687,769.30 in May, bringing it's total to $16,615,741.65. The gross gaming revenue per machine per day in May was $158.61.
