BGE works to help in Sandy recovery

NEW YORK -
More workers from Baltimore are headed north to help Superstorm Sandy victims still left in the dark and cold.
Around 3:30 a.m. on Friday, more than 20 underground line specialists from BGE left for New York.
They’ll help restore power in Manhattan and Queens.
