9 rescued from boat that sank east of Ocean City

OCEAN CITY, Md. -   Nine people have been rescued from a boat that sank east of Ocean City.
 
   The Coast Guard says it received a call at about 10:30 a.m. Saturday from a 38-foot boat that was taking on water about 46 miles from Ocean City. The Coast Guard says the boat sank about half an hour later and that all nine people on the vessel were rescued.  
 
   The Coast Guard says multiple people who were rescued were showing signs of medical distress. The group was being transported to shore.
