ELLICOTT CITY, Md. -
Ten tons of sugar is going to be dumped outside a middle school in Howard County today.
It represents the amount of sugar an average-sized school would consume if every student drank one 12-ounce soft drink every day for a year.
The sugar is going to be dumped at Burleigh Manor School.
Also at today's event is the unveiling of the "better beverage finder." It's an online tool to help parents find better drink choices for their kids.
