ELLICOTT CITY, Md. - Workers at a mulch factory in Howard County accidentally started a fire Tuesday morning, according to fire officials.
Officials say the fire broke out around 8:30 a.m. along Old Frederick Road in Ellicott City. They say two workers were working on a piece of equipment when it sparked and light some mulch on fire.
Crews made quick work of the fire, putting it out within an hour.
