BALTIMORE - A woman from Ellicott City was killed in a Navy crash near Harrington Washington.
Lt. j.g. Valerie Cappelaere Delaney, 26, a Naval Aviator, along with two colleagues were killed in a crash of a EA-6B Prowler on Monday according to the USNI News Editor.
The crew of the Prowler was part of the Electronic Attack Squadron VAQ-129 and was based at the Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Washington.
