BEL AIR, Md. -
It’s a crime that isn’t always talked about, but a special event on Tuesday is celebrating survivors of domestic violence.
“Safety, awareness, resources, change,” or SARC is holding a candlelight vigil at 6 p.m. on Tuesday at the Frederick Ward Park of the Bel Air armory.
This is an annual event to commemorate those who lost their lives, to celebrate those who have survived, and to energize those who work to end this violence.
