ABERDEEN, Md. -
Police identified the driver in a deadly car crash on Saturday afternoon in Harford County.
Police said 25-year-old Joseph Rohrbaugh of Baltimore died when his 1992 Acura Integra slid sideways and hit a guardrail on Pulaski Highway at Mitchell Lane around 12:40 p.m. Authorities pronounced Rohrbaugh dead at the scene.
Eastbound Pulaski Highway, between MD 543 and Spesutia Road was closed for approximately 3 hours while troopers investigated the collision.
