Most beautiful baby contest opens in Harford County

Registration for the 4th Annual "Celebree Presents Harford's Most Beautiful Baby" contest starts today.
Parents are required to submit a non-professional photo of their baby, along with a $25 entry fee.
The contest is for newborns to 18-months old.
You can enter online at all Harford County Celebree Learning Centers or by mail.
Voting will take place from April 1 to the 30.
The winner will be announced at an award ceremony on May 11 at the Harford Mall.
Proceeds from the contest will benefit the Harford Family House.
