EDGEWOOD, Md (WMAR) - Harford County Police are investigating a shooting that happened around 2:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

Officers responded to reports of a shooting at the Edgewater Shopping Center.

When crews arrived on the scene in the 1800 block of Grempler Way, they found Solathal Delilly, 20, had been shot in the leg.  He was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Monica Worrell, spokesperson for the Harford County Sheriff's Department, says that this incident does not appear to be a random act of violence. The investigation has revealed that Delilly was hit in the head before he was shot.

The suspect was described as black male about 5'7" tall with a light complexion wearing a black polo shirt and khaki shorts.

Anyone with any information is asked to call police at 410-836-5081. Qualifying tips may be eligible for up to $2,000 in rewards.
