Two vigils are happening tonight to pay tribute to the victims of the Sandy Hook massacre.
One is happening at 7 p.m. at the Bel Air Shamrock Park and Band Shell. There will be speeches appropriate for children at this event.
The other vigil is happening at the Westminster City Park off Longwell Avenue from 3 to 7 p.m. It is being organized by Vera Brooks.
