HARFORD COUNTY, Md. (WMAR) - Traffic is at a stand still on I-95 near Havre De Grace because of an accident involving a 26,000-pound truck, police say.

Maryland State Police report that a passenger vehicle collided with a Penske truck Friday evening.

The accident turned into a hazmat situation when police realized that one of the truck's diesel tanks were ruptured.

There are no reported injuries, and cars are being detoured on exit 89.
