BEL AIR, Md - There’s no school in Harford County on Wednesday, so children won’t be headed out the door early.  However, the chain saws will most likely be getting that early start.

Crews are going to be out cleaning up the damage caused by Hurricane Sandy .

About 15,000 people still didn’t have power around 6 a.m. on Wednesday some have been that way since Monday night.

The county says it is opening up the landfills on Wednesday so residents can bring debris to help clean things up.
