JOPPA, Md. - The man accused of killing another man and eating his heart and brain must undergo a mental health evaluation.

Alexander Kinyua was charged on May 25 in connection with the murder of Kujoe Agyei-Kodie.

Police say Kinyua admitted to eating parts of Agyei-Kodie after killing him.

Kinyua was indicted for Agyei-Kodie's murder on Tuesday.

A judge ordered Kinyua to undergo a mental health evaluation at Clifton Perkins Hospital, at the request of his lawyer.
