JOPPA, Md. - Two people were hurt in a vehicle crash on US-40, Pulasi Highway at Joppa Road in Joppa Thursday morning.
Three fire units, three medic units, and a total of 16 volunteers helped on the scene that closed eastbound Pulaski Highway. The road was reopened at 8:10 a.m.
One of the patients was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Trauma Center. They are serious, but stable condition.
The other patient refused to be transported.
Maryland State Police are conducting an investigation of the crash.
