Officials with the Ocean City Police Department say an investigation into an August 1981 incident have led them to the arrest a 70-year-old Salisbury man. He's charged with child sexual assault.
Investigators say Bruno Michael Tucci is alleged to have brought a child to an Ocean City motel room in August of 1981. They say illegal sexual acts occurred inside that hotel room.
Tucci served as a priest in Allentown, Pennsylvania from 1971 until 2002. Officials with the Diocese of Allentown say he was defrocked in 2007 and removed from the diocese in 2002 because of allegations against him.
Anyone with information about Tucci is asked to contact Detective Brett L. Case at 410-723-6632.
