Flooding leaves behind a lot of mud and trash

The water is starting to recede but the mess left behind will take a long time to clean up in Port Deposit.
Mud and trash cover the roads that don't have standing water.
And in some places there is still standing water. Thirty-one flood gates of the Conowingo Dam remain open.
