Jogger struck by vehicle on Route 40

PERRYVILLE, Md. (WMAR) -
A jogger in Harford County has been hit by a vehicle. The crash has closed all of eastbound Route 40.
Maryland State Police say the jogger was struck on the shoulder of eastbound Route 40 near Jackson Station Road in Perryville shortly before 10:00 p.m. Tuesday.
The vehicle that struck the jogger, remained on the scene.
There is no word on injuries or any charges that my come from the accident.
