PORT DEPOSIT, Md. (WMAR) - Emergency personnel are currently working to extinguish a fire that fully engulfed a propane truck after it crashed into a car.
Police say the crash happened at about 9:15 p.m. near the intersection of Main Street and Bainbridge Road.
While it is unknown at this time what caused the crash, the tanker truck overturned when the collision happened. As of 10:30 p.m., crews are still trying to extinguish the flames.
The conditions of both of the drivers is unknown at this time, however, police say Bainbridge Road and all of Main Street is closed in both directions due to the crash.
