WESTMINSTER, Md. -
One woman is dead following a two-car crash in Carroll County.
Authorities say Jill Bowers of Westminster died when her car was hit by another on Uniontown Road.
The driver and a passenger in the other car were rushed to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
