UNION BRIDGE, Md. - UPDATE  | A spokesperson for the Carroll County Sheriff's Department confirms that 15-year-old Mackenzie Lea Digiacomantonio was found safe Friday night in White Marsh.

There is no word on if police have located the person of interest they were searching for earlier Friday evening.

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate 15-year-old Mackenzie Lea Digiacomantonio of South Benedum Street in Union Bridge.

She is 5-foot-6 and about 120 pounds, with brown eyes and medium length brown hair. Digiacomantonio reportedly left her home between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Wednesday night, December 19th and is believed to be in the company of an acquaintance she recently met through the Internet.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mackenzie Lea Digiacomantonio is asked to contact the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office at 410-386-5900.
