SYKESVILLE, MARYLAND - The Moose Caboose in Sykesville continues the old fashioned tradition of model trains.

The business owned and operated by Glen Stegmiller has been open since 2003. The Moose Caboose is located at 1341 West Liberty Road.

The store got its name from selling only model trains in the beginning-"caboose" and the family also vacationed often in New England and dreamed of seeing a moose.

The Moose Caboose specializes in model trains in most scales. The store also sells cars, trucks, airplanes and helicopters.
