1 killed in Carroll Co. car crash

UNIONTOWN, Md. -  

Emergency crews are reconstructing a vehicle crash after one person was killed Monday evening in Carroll County.
 
According to the Carroll County Sheriff's office, emergency crews were called to the scene of a car crash in the 2300 block of Uniontown Road around 6:45 pm.
 
When officials arrived, one person was pronounced dead at the scene.  The condition of the other car's driver has not been released.
 
Uniontown Road remains shut down while investigators reconstruct the crash.
 
The victim's identification has not been released.
