Woman dies after hitting deer, utility pole

COCKEYSVILLE, Md. - A woman died after her car hit a deer and then a light pole Saturday afternoon.

Police said  around 1:20 p.m. 62-year-old Suzanne Natalie Selby of the unit block of Haddington Road in Lutherville, was driving south on Beaver Dam Road towards Texas Station Court in Cockeysville when her car struck a deer.

Selby continued to drive south and then hit a light pole.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.
