PUTTY HILL, Md. -

If you were driving Friday morning, chances are your car was being blown all over the place. This is especially true for Jerome Wallace, whose tractor trailer flipped that morning.

According to State Police, he entered I-695 from the Route 1 ramp when a huge gust of wind blew the truck over.

No major traffic issues were caused since the tractor trailer flipped over in the area between the on ramp and the right lane.  Three of the four lanes were moving just fine and nobody was injured as a result.
