What roads are still closed in Baltimore County?

BALTIMORE - This morning many of you will have to go to “Plan B” to get to work or school.
Heavy rains from last week took a major toll on roads and bridges, especially around Baltimore County.
This morning 10 roads and bridges are getting checked out.
- The Offutt Road Bridge needs major repairs and won’t reopen until next spring.
