UMBC among best colleges to work for

BALTIMORE - Looking for a job at a local college?
UMBC and Howard Community College both made it to The Chronicle of Higher Education's "Honor Role" of great colleges to work for.
UMBC was among the top 30 large 4-year college and Howard Community College was in the top 12 large 2-year colleges.
Carroll Community College also made the list of Great Colleges to work for.
The colleges were rated based on compensation and benefits, worker's confidence on senior leadership, diversity, job satisfaction, work/life balance, teaching environment, among other factors.
