PARKVILLE, Md. - Two juveniles and a teen were hit by a vehicle while walking in Parkville Tuesday morning.

The crash happened around 8 a.m. in the area of Hillsway Avenue and Hillsway Court said a Baltimore County Police spokesperson. The driver stopped at the scene.

Officials say the 17-year-old was holding the hands of a 7-year-old boy and 6-year-old girl, walking them across the street. All three were struck as the driver came around the corner.

The incident is being investigated, but officials say the pedestrians did not cross at a light or crosswalk. They also say speed was not a factor.

The two juveniles were taken to GBMC.
