TOWSON, MD - It's that time of year again. It's time for the kick off of the 31st season of the Towson Farmers' Market.
Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith and the Towson Chamber of Commerce will be on hand for the opening. The market brings people together in downtown Towson to experience fresh homegrown foods and local crafts.
32 vendors and 18 local farmers will be on hand for the Farmers Market. You can also find handmade rugs, nuts, fresh roasted coffee, herbs, soaps, wreaths, fresh beads, pastries and jewelry at the Farmers Market.
The event takes place downtown Towson on Thursday from 10:45am until 3:00pm at the corner of Washington and Allegheny Avenues. The Towson Farmers' Market will also be open on Saturdays.
