Teacher arrested for possession of child pornography

BALTIMORE - A teacher living in Dundalk has been arrested for having child pornography.
54-year-old Lawrence Joynes of the 1900 block of Ormand Road, Dundalk was a music teacher at New Hampshire Estates Elementary School in Silver Spring.
Police found the pornography on his home computer in Dundalk.
Joynes is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $1 million bail.
Montgomery County Police will conduct an investigation to see if any criminal offenses took place in Montgomery County.
