Parkville - Balloons, flowers, and candles light the spot where the life was blown out of 13 year old Michael Truluck.
While his friends, and classmates come to remember him, tonight some say drinking and partying is pretty common among 13 year olds.
"Yes honestly yes, everybody energy drinks, whatever."
"I think they had their friend an over aged person buy it for them."
Four Loko no longer has caffeine in it, but one can is equivalent to about four cans of beer. Michael was drinking Four Loko according to his mother. Friends say the teen and some buddies were partying by the stream before they left the AutoZone parking lot.
When he got sick, he opened the car door to throw up .the driver kept moving and when Michael fell out, he was hit by a car.
"Everybody is just saying they'll wait until 21 to drink. Drinking is just wrong."
Tonight Joanne Pelle came with pizza from Dominicks. She knows many of the kids, and sadly knows what its like to loose someone.
"I lost my teenage son in an automobile accident. It will be 10 years ago this April."
Pelle says she's warned them they're too young for alcohol, and tragedy likes these are what can happen.
"At a young age they shouldn't have access to alcohol, and you can't blame the parents because the kids are going to get it if they want it. They’re going to get it."
Carol Watt and her son Jeffrey were good friends with Michael and his family. While Carol hopes he and his classmates will learn from this tragedy, Jeffrey is still in shock.
"I still think I'm going to wake up in school tomorrow and he's going to be there. It just feels like he's not gone.
