If you've traveled around Towson you already know, parking can be a real pain in the butt..

But a new complex is solving that problem James Bond style.

The Palisades in Towson has found a way to take the parking problem out of your hands completely.

The Palisades of Towson is a brand new state of the art apartment building. It is 18 stories with 357 units. The rent includes utilities, use of the fitness center, sundeck and other social areas.

The Palisades has something that has never been seen in this area-- an automated parking garage. It meets the needs of space, safety and construction affordability.

The garage has 415 spaces as compared to 150 at a conventional garage, there are
no ramps and it is green because auto emissions are minimal and its safe.

That new parking garage uses a robotic shuttle to move the cars around and into their designated parking spots.
