HART MILLER ISLAND, Md. - The Maryland Department of Agriculture is treating Hart Miller Island Monday night in Baltimore County for mosquitoes.

The Department will be spraying from an aircraft starting at about 5 p.m. trying to reduce the adult mosquito population.

The white plane will fly between 300 and 500 feet above the ground.

People in the area don't need to leave, and pets and livestock should be fine as well.

If you want more information about the plan for spraying, check out the Maryland Department of Agriculture's website at www.mda.state.md.us or call MDA's Mosquito Control Program at 410-841-5870.
