Missing jet skier found, identified

BALTIMORE (AP) - Baltimore County Police pulled the body of a missing jet skier from the Back River near Essex Wednesday night.

Forty-seven-year-old Harry Gillis' jet ski was found about 4 p.m. Tuesday after it drifted to a pier with the keys in the ignition.

The U.S. Coast Guard, Baltimore County police, Natural Resources police and Maryland State police were all involved in the search.

Baltimore County Police marine units found his body floating in the Back River around 7:00pm Wednesday night.

Police say there were no signs of foul play. The body will be taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore for autopsy.
