Ruppersberger hosts foreclosure prevention event

OWINGS MILLS, Md. - Rep. C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger will host a foreclosure prevention workshop in Owings Mills.
It's scheduled for Saturday at Deer Park Elementary School.
The workshop gives local homeowners a chance to meet one-on-one with their mortgage lender, servicers and counselors.
It will be the fifth such workshop hosted by the Democratic congressman.
