GLEN ARM, Md. - Baltimore County Fire and Rescue crews have pulled the body of a Baltimore man out of Loch Raven Reservoir.

Divers recovered the body of a 23-year-old Quentin Robinson late Thursday afternoon.

Earlier today, a County Fire official said that witnesses told county personnel that three friends were fishing on the shore of the Reservoir when the victim went into the water and then went into distress about 20 feet away from the shore.

The friends told rescuers that they tried to reach Robinson, but were unable to, and saw him go under the water shortly after.

Baltimore County Fire received the call just before 10 a.m.

Ten crews, including a dive team and 12 pieces of emergency equipment, are at the scene attempting to locate the victim, but the operation has been changed to a recovery at this point rather than a rescue according to county fire.
