TOWSON, Md. (WMAR) - UPDATE | Police say suspicious package turned out to be a bag of clothes. Roads in downtown Towson have reopened.
Baltimore County Police and hazardous devices units are investigating a suspicious package near the Towson Library.
Several roads have been shut down in the area.
Police say a caller alerted 911 after seeing someone leave a package on the corner of York Road and Chesapeake Avenue.
