MONKTON, Md. - LuSeal, Hope and Seal are three adorable, happy puppies who wouldn't have a shot at survival if it weren't for the kindness of volunteers. Pet Rescue of Maryland is an organization that is completely run by volunteers. They are raising money for the puppies’ surgeries. The puppies were born with front leg deformities and vets believe they have a shot at a normal life.

Veterinary Orthopedic Sports Medicine Group will do the surgeries at a discount, but it is going to be expensive. Click on the video box on the left to see Megan Pringle's report on these puppies.
