ROSEDALE, Md (WMAR) - A head-on collision on the 8100 block of Philadelphia Road in Rosedale left one dead and another in critical condition.
The Baltimore County Fire Department says the accident happened around 6:15 p.m and involved four vehicles.
A preliminary investigation reveals that one car was traveling west-bound in an east-bound lane and caused three other cars to be involved in the accident.
Crews reported the driver of the car that was traveling in the wrong direction died on the scene, while a driver of one of the other cars involved was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview where they remain in serious condition.
No one in the two remaining vehicles were taken to the hospital.
The Baltimore County Crash Team is continuing to investigate this incident.
