WHITE MARSH, Md. (WMAR) - A Dundalk woman who was reported missing by her family just days before Halloween was found dead.
Baltimore County Police say 56-year-old Linda Ann Foster was found in her car on Franklin Square Drive near Oswald Way in White Marsh.
Police found the car just before 3:00 p.m.
Detectives say they have ruled out any apparent signs of foul play. The State Medical Examiner is working to determine her cause of death.
Foster lived in the 400 block of Oriole Avenue.
