TOWSON, Md. (WMAR) - Looking for a farmers market to visit this week? Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz has launched 15 markets to bring fresh foods to the community.

15 markets are going to bring fresh fruit, vegetables, meats and dairy products to the community. County Executive Kamenetz visited the Randallstown Farmers Market at its new 'main street' location on Liberty Road to celebration the launch of the season.

Farmers bring a wealth of products to market including fresh turkeys, beef and bison, seasonal fruits and vegetables and locally grown plants and flowers.

"Shopping at your local farmers market is a great way to eat fresh healthy foods while supporting our local County farmers," said County Executive Kamenetz as he greeted vendors on the parking lot of the Randallstown Library.
