BALTIMORE, Md. - The decomposed body of a woman discovered over the weekend by volunteers in Leakin Park has been identified as that of a missing Baltimore County woman.
Mary Elizabeth Tisdale, 62, disappeared about two weeks ago from an assisted living care facility in the 5900 block of Central Avenue in Gwynn Oak.
