HUNT VALLEY, Md. - Joe's Crab Shack will open a brand new restaurant in Hunt Valley today. To celebrate the restaurant is giving away free crabs for one year to the first 100 people who show up.
The Hunt Valley location opens at 11 and will be the company's fifth store in Maryland.
