BALTIMORE - Henry Cole was sentenced to federal prison on tax charges. His sentence was widely publicized as he also had another sentence – a battle with stage four cancer.
Cole was granted an early release on his sentence due to his health. Early Wednesday morning he lost his battle with pancreatic cancer in the company of family and friends.
Cole, a Baltimore area real estate guru, served a little over two years of his sentence before he was told he only had about a year left to live.
