GARRISON, Md. (WMAR) - Baltimore County Police are trying to figure out what caused a woman to cross over the double yellow line and hit an SUV head-on, killing her.

Police say they were called to Mcdonogh Road near the intersection of Timothy Lane just before 8:00 a.m. this morning for reports of the crash.

The investigation has revealed that Kathy Rosner, 45, was driving east on Mcdonogh Road when for an unknown reason, she crossed over the center line and hit a Honda CRV driven by Deborah Bwayili, 44, head-on.

Rosner was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased a short time later.

Bwayili and her passenger were also taken to a local hospital with severe but non-life threatening injuries.
