ROSEDALE, Md. - Can lightning really strike the same place twice? If you ask the owners of the Ha Ha Food Market in Rosedale, they'll probably tell you it does.
...At least, metaphorically speaking...
Neighbors to the store and restaurant say it had just reopened after recovering from destruction left by a train derailment in May -- only to have a fire start in the kitchen Wednesday.
The fire quickly spread to the roof of the building.
The building was closed in May after an explosion following the train derailment caused the roof to collapse. Soot contaminated food and health inspectors shut the business down .
