REISTERSTOWN, Md. - Thirteen Franklin Middle School students made a video statement against bullying.  In the process, they won a statewide contest.

The contest is the Allison E. Fisher Memorial Fund.  Maryland students in 6th-12th grade are invited to compete.

The Franklin Middle School students' video was titled, "Bullying is not okay." 

The winning team from Franklin Middle School was comprised of Grade 6 students Daniel Condit, Noah Heilveil, and Richard Soucy; Grade 7 student Kier Santamaria; and Grade 8 students Chloe Doran, Heather Douglas, Skyler Goodfellow, Joshua Hammond, Madii Hoffman, Eric McKenney, Maya Raynes, Koby Samuel, and Robyn Swilley.
