Dump truck overturns on 83

BALTIMORE - A dump truck loaded with asphalt overturned on southbound 83 at the outerloop Monday morning snarling traffic and creating a headache for commuters.
Maryland State Police said the truck overturned around 10:45 a.m. and spilled its full load of asphalt across the road. Police said the 83 southbound ramp at 695 is closed while state highway workers clean up the mess.
The driver was taken to Sinai Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
