HAMPSTEAD, Md. -
Baltimore County Police responded to a car crash at the intersection of Falls Road and Beckleysville Road at 10:00 p.m. on Saturday night.
When police arrived, they found a 1994 Honda Civic at the location.
They determined that the car was traveling at high speeds going south on Falls Road. The driver lost control of the car, left the roadway and rolled the car.
Justin Stambaugh, 22, was driving with Willie Green Jr., 21, when they crashed. Both were ejected from the car.
Stambaugh was pronounced dead on the scene and Green was taken to University of Maryland R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center where he died the next day.
Police are still investigating the crash.
